Summary

There are no analytics on this website, no advertising or tracking technologies, no accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no forms. If you read these pages and leave, we do not learn who you are and we hold nothing about you. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.

Who is responsible for your information

What we do not collect

• No advertising, remarketing, conversion or social media tracking code is present on any page.
• No cookies are set by this website. See the cookie policy for the one item of local browser storage the site can use.
• There is no login, registration, comment facility, subscription or contact form, so there is nothing here that gathers your details.
• We do not buy, sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not create marketing lists.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we hold your message, your email address and anything else you put in it, for as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry and to keep a record of corrections made to the site. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence and maintaining an accurate publication. We do not add your address to any mailing list, and we do not use it for anything except replying to you.

Please do not send sensitive material. We have no use for card details, passwords, account numbers or identity documents, and anything of that kind will be deleted rather than filed. Email is not a secure channel.

Technical logs held by our hosting provider

Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider whose infrastructure records standard technical information about requests — for example the requested address, a timestamp, an IP address and a browser identifier — so that the site can be served, kept available and protected from abuse. Those logs are generated and retained by the provider under its own arrangements, for a short period, and we do not use them to build any profile of you or to identify individuals. Our lawful basis for this necessary processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.

Sites you leave for

When you follow a link to a casino operator, a regulator or a support organisation, you enter a service run by someone else, with its own privacy notice and its own cookies. Commercial links from this site may carry parameters identifying UK Chip Parade as the referring publisher; those parameters say something about us, not about you, and they carry no personal information. Once you are on an operator’s site, that operator decides what it collects and how, and you should read their notice. Children

If the site ever gains a feature that involves personal information — a measurement tool, a form, anything of that sort — this page will be rewritten before that feature goes live, and the review date below will change with it.
