One inbox, read by the people who write the site
Email is the only route in, and it reaches the editors directly rather than a ticketing queue.
Write to editors@ukchipparade.com. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would just email us anyway and would tell you less about where your message goes.
Email address
We read messages on working days and answer most of them within a few of those days. We do not publish a phone number or a postal counter, and there is no out-of-hours line.
Things worth emailing us about
- A licence detail that looks wrong
- Our most useful post. Tell us which brand and what you saw on the register, and we will check the entry and correct the page. See corrections for how that works.
- A brand you think should be in the line-up
- Send the brand name and the web address. We will look up the licensee, and if there is no current remote casino authorisation for a Great Britain audience, the answer will be no.
- A question about how we reach a band
- Ask away. The method is published in our editorial policy, and we are happy to explain how it applied to a specific brand.
- Commercial and partnership enquiries
- Use the same address and say plainly what you are proposing. Placement, bands and the contents of our comparison table are not for sale, and asking will not change that.
- Data protection requests
- Requests about personal information should come to the same address, marked for the attention of the editors. Our privacy policy explains what we do and do not hold.
Things we cannot help with
Some messages arrive here that need to go elsewhere, and sending them to us only delays you:
- Account problems at a casino. Locked accounts, delayed withdrawals, verification checks and closed accounts are matters for the operator. We have no access to any operator’s systems and cannot see your account.
- Complaints about an operator. Complain to them in writing first. If their answer does not satisfy you, they must refer you to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider, and the Gambling Commission explains what the regulator itself can look at.
- Bonus disputes. The operator’s promotional terms govern the offer. We do not publish bonus figures and cannot arbitrate them.
- Urgent help with gambling. Please do not wait for an email reply. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, open at any hour, and GamCare offers live chat. To block yourself from every British-licensed gambling site in one step, use GAMSTOP.
A note on what you send us
Please keep messages to what we need to act on. Do not send account numbers, card details, passwords, copies of identity documents or screenshots containing them — we have no use for any of it, and we will delete anything of that sort on sight. Email is not a secure channel for sensitive material.
