If something here is wrong, we would rather know

One email address, a short check against the public register, and a fix. There is no form to fill in and no reference number to chase.

This site publishes licence details that can change without notice. A casino authorisation can be surrendered, a licensee can be renamed, a registered web address can be added or dropped. When that happens, our page is wrong until someone notices, and readers usually notice first.

How to report something

Email editors@ukchipparade.com. It helps if you include:

  • the page you were reading, and the brand or claim in question;
  • what you believe is wrong;
  • where you saw something different — a link to the register entry or the operator’s own terms is ideal.

You do not need to be certain, and you do not need to be polite about it. A vague nudge in the right direction is more useful to us than silence.

What happens next

  1. We re-check the point against the Gambling Commission public register, or against the operator’s own published terms where the claim is about the operator.
  2. If the site is wrong, we correct it. If a brand no longer meets the licence checks in our editorial policy, it comes out of the line-up entirely rather than staying with a note attached.
  3. Where a fix changes the meaning of a page — a different licensee, a different licence position, a different band — we say what changed on the page itself rather than editing quietly.
  4. We reply to let you know what we did, unless you asked us not to.

Typos, broken links and clumsy sentences are fixed without ceremony and without a note.

What this page is not

This is an editorial route for errors in our own content. It is not a complaints service about a casino, and we cannot pursue an operator on your behalf. If your issue is with an account, a withdrawal, an identity check or a bonus, raise it with the operator in writing first; if their answer does not satisfy you, they must refer you to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider, and the Gambling Commission sets out what the regulator can and cannot examine.

Standing corrections

There are no outstanding corrections to the current line-up. When there are, they will be recorded here as well as on the affected page.

If your reason for writing is that gambling has stopped being enjoyable, please do not wait for an email reply. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133 at any hour, and the services on our responsible gambling page are independent of this site and of every operator in the line-up.
